Behind the scenes: Jill Beckett-Hill’s feature in Columbus Real Producers
November 2025 edition of the Columbus Real Producers magazine.
A moment of gratitude.
When I was first asked to be featured in Columbus Real Producers magazine, I’ll admit — it gave me pause. There are so many incredible agents across Central Ohio, and to be recognized among them is an honor I don’t take lightly.
This feature gave me a chance to reflect on why I do what I do — and how grateful I am for the clients, colleagues, and community that have supported me along the way. Real estate has never been just a business to me; it’s personal. Every client, every home, and every story reminds me how lucky I am to do this work.

Why I started, and what keeps me going.
I’ve always loved helping people find their footing in moments of transition — whether it’s a first home, a growing family, or a right-size move. That’s really what real estate is about: guiding people toward the place where they feel most at peace.
Over the years, our team has grown, but our values haven’t changed. We lead with communication, care, and gratitude. We know that exceptional results only come from genuine relationships — and we remain deeply thankful for every opportunity to be part of someone’s journey home.
Providing resources is another part of that mission. From trusted painters and movers to inspectors and contractors, my goal is to make the process easier for clients by connecting them with professionals who share our same level of care. Everyone deserves a “home sweet home” experience.
Family, faith, and balance
The heart of my story will always be my family. My husband, Adam, is my pillar of strength. After years in retail store design, he joined our team in 2018 — and working alongside him has been one of the greatest blessings of my career.
Our son, Sam, was diagnosed with Autism at age five. Being his advocate has given our family a deep sense of purpose and perspective. Sam has taught us more about patience, joy, and unconditional love than we could ever teach him. Our daughter, Sydney, recently graduated from Boston College and now lives in New York — we couldn’t be prouder of the woman she’s become.
Faith and gratitude guide our daily lives. Gratitude shapes my daily practice — I find great joy in supporting local organizations doing meaningful work in our community, and I give thanks for the people who cross my path every day.
The power of teamwork
I’m so fortunate to work alongside two incredible women — Gaby and Hallie — who bring their own unique strengths, creativity, and heart to everything we do. Together, we’ve built a team culture rooted in collaboration and trust.
Gaby’s attention to detail and calm confidence keep our transactions running seamlessly, while Hallie’s energy and thoughtfulness create a sense of warmth that clients immediately feel. Beyond the work, we share genuine friendship — we swap recipes, celebrate family milestones, and always find time to laugh (and trade pictures of our dogs).
The balance we’ve created allows us to serve clients seven days a week while still making space for family, fitness, and rest. Real estate can be fast-paced, but when you’re surrounded by people who share your values, it feels less like a job and more like a shared calling.
Finding joy in the simple things.
Outside of real estate, you can usually find me in the kitchen or cheering on the Buckeyes. My mom passed down her love of cooking, and I’ve inherited that passion — it’s one of my love languages. My team and I often swap recipes (and pictures of our dogs and families) in between showings.
And of course, fall means football. There’s nothing quite like game day in Columbus — the camaraderie, the energy, the community spirit. Thanksgiving weekend is one of my favorite times of year, filled with family, food, and, yes, a big scoop of Cool Whip on my mom’s warm apple pie.

Serving the community I live in.
In 2022, I stepped into a new chapter of service as a Plain Township Trustee. It’s been an honor to give back to the New Albany community that has given so much to me. I believe collaboration and engagement create lasting change — and that every person’s voice matters.
I learned that lesson early on from my father. Growing up in Findlay, I watched how he poured love into our community and connected people through kindness. His compassion and balance between work and family continue to inspire how I lead both personally and professionally.
What this moment means to me.
Being featured in Columbus Real Producers magazine is a career milestone, but more than that, it’s a reminder of the values that have guided me from the beginning — gratitude, humility, and service.
I’m so thankful for every client who has trusted me with their story, every colleague who has collaborated with me, and every friend who has supported this journey. The best part of this career isn’t the houses — it’s the people.
Thank you for letting me be part of your story.
